断层破碎带冒顶巷道支护技术研究

Study on support technology of roof fall tunnel in fault fracture zone

摘要: 由于断层破碎带围岩破碎程度严重,在掘进过程中,煤矿巷道冒顶事故层出不穷。为保证巷道施工和使用过程中的围岩稳定和顶板安全,文章结合暖泉煤矿10101工作面巷道冒顶事故实际情况,分析了断层破碎带的的冒顶范围,提出了有针对性的处理方案。为了解决破碎垮塌问题,提出利用高水材料注浆充填破碎区,使得冒顶区域的破碎围岩与周围岩体粘结成整体,恢复其承载力;为了解决掘进及使用过程中的安全,提出管棚超前结合U型钢支护技术加固冒顶段,共同发挥作用。工程施工后,对加固后的工作面进行监测,未出现二次冒顶事故,验证了此加固方法的合理性。

Abstract: Due to the serious fracture zone of the fractured zone, there are a lot of accidents in coal mine roadway in the process of tunneling. In order to ensure the stability of surrounding rock and roof safety during the construction and use of roadways, combining with roadway roof caving accident situation of NuanQuan coal mine 10101 working face , analyzes the fault fracture zone of roof caving range, and the targeted treatment scheme. In order to solve the problem of broken collapse, filling fractured area by grouting with high water material were put forward, the roof area of broken rock and rock around the bond as a whole, to restore its carrying capacity; In order to solve the excavation and use of process safety, pipe roof advance combination U type steel roof support technology were put forward strengthening roof fall section and collective functions. After the project,the work surface is monitored, no two roof fall accident, verify the rationality of the reinforcement method.
